1.2 Permitted Purpose. The Site is provided solely for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes related to markets, Excel workflows, trading techniques, and similar content.
1.3 Prohibited Conduct. You agree not to (a) use the Site in any unlawful manner; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its systems; (c) scrape, copy, or republish content without permission; or (d) introduce malware, spam, or other harmful code.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

11. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ChartWatch.ca regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications.
